ANDREW McHALE, SENIOR PARTNER

Qualified as a solicitor in 1996, specialising in Civil Litigation and Advocacy (Defending regulatory body and CPS prosecutions). Member of the Law Society of Ireland, Law Society Criminal Litigation Accredited.

PATRICK CAMPBELL, SOLICITOR

Patrick graduated from the University of Ulster with a BA Hons Degree in Law and Government in 2000. Having completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) in 2002 he joined McHale and Co in 2003 as a Trainee Solicitor and qualified in January 2005, currently specialising in Personal Injury, Crime and Private Road Traffic Offences. He is a member of the Law Society of Northern Ireland, and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. (APIL)

RICHARD COOPER, SOLICITOR

Richard has worked in the legal profession for more than 30 years, commencing in general practise which led to specialisation in Commercial Property. Previous experience includes running his own commercial practice, and latterly in the Commercial Department of a large city centre firm. Richard specialises in acting on behalf of property developers.

NICOLA FORD, SOLICITOR

Nicola specialises in domestic Conveyancing. She has a BA (Hons) in Business Administration with Post Graduate Diplomas in Law, and in Legal Practice. She undertakes work on behalf of individuals and property developers.

BRONWYN GERVIN, TRAINEE SOLICITOR

Bronwyn graduated from Queens University Belfast with an LLB Honours Degree in Law in 2005. Having completed the Legal Practice Course, she joined McHale & Co in 2007 and is currently working in our Commercial Property Department.

MARTA GRZELAK, PARALEGAL

Marta graduated from the University of Bialystok with her master degree in 2005. During her studies she completed one year in Italy at the University of Verona. She speaks fluent Polish, English and Italian. Marta gained marketing experience working for Citibank in Poland. She joined McHale & Co in April 2006 and has experience in conveyancing, personal injury and employment law. She is the liaison contact between our Polish clients and all departments.

STEVE HENNEGAN, LEGAL EXECUTIVE

Steve joined McHale & co in 2005 as the Head of our Personal Injury Department, after working in Kent for Whitehead Monckton Solicitors. Originally from the North West of England, he has over 10 years experience in all types of personal injury claims - ranging from road traffic accidents to industrial disease and clinical negligence claims. Steve has a particular interest and background in catastrophic injury claims and the rehabilitation of injured parties. He has a BA Honours degree in History and Peace and War Studies, as well as being qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives, and a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

STUART JONES, LEGAL EXECUTIVE

Qualified in 1980 as Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. Commenced work in the gas industry in 1978 with the majority of the 25 years involved first hand in the legal documentation including the compulsory acquisition of the necessary rights and interpretation of related statute. The move to a management role involved policy decisions in such work, negotiating and settling standard documentation and overseeing panel lawyers. Stuart joined McHale & Co in 2003, and is the first point of contact for all gas related matters for National Grid Gas plc, Wales & West Utilities Limited and Northern Gas Networks Limited. The practice is one of a small number of panel lawyers for National Grid Property and Electricity transmission/distribution as a result of the service provided for the gas industry. 

MICHAEL MULDOON, TRAINEE SOLICITOR

Michael graduated from the University of Ulster with an LLB Honors Degree in Law with Government before completing the Legal Practice Course at the BPP Law School in Manchester. He is a Trainee Solicitor with McHale & Co, and has worked in our Commercial Property, Construction and Litigation Departments.
