McHale & Co have joined APIL's campaign to lobby local MPs about the Governments proposals for civil litigation funding and cost in England & Wales.
The Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Bill is due for debate in the Commons on Wednesday 29 June 2011 and APIL have asked all members to write to their local MPs encouraging them to speak in this debate and highlight how the proposals affect injured people's right to compensation.
Andrew McHale has written an email to Graham Brady, MP for Altrincham & Sale West and Helen Jones, MP for Warrington North, and requested that they highlight the access to justice for injured people which is feared may not be given the attention it deserves.
McHale and co have sponsored the St Ambrose college team and the shirts have now arrived.
In the first photo our Andrew McHale appears with the shirt and in the second he appears with two other former "Old boys" and sponsors, Dan Wright and Mike Perls.
Andrew admits that he is trying to "put a little back" having spent his school career putting in little effort and feigning injury on the Rugby pitch!
We wish St Ambrose Rugby team every success for the coming season!
McHale Sports client Tyrone Barnett has completed his transfer from Macclesfield Town to Crawley Town FC. Tyrone moves to the League 2 promotion favourites on a 2 year contract with the option of a third for an undisclosed fee.
Tyrone who was playing non league football until 12 months ago has been the subject of interest from a number of clubs following his debut league season in which he scored 13 goals.
He travelled to London on Tuesday afternoon with Darren Bossons and Tom Curle and completed the formalities of the move late that evening.
We wish Tyrone and Crawley all the best for the coming season.
