Powers of Attorney.

There are many reasons why it may become difficult for your to manage your own affairs. You can apply for a Lasting Power of Attorney and appoint a relative or friend to make decisions on your behalf. There are two types of lasting Powers of Attorney:

  1. Property & Affairs - this is a legal document which allows an attorney to make decicions about paying bills, dealing with the banks, and collecting benefits amongst other things.
  2. Health & Welfare - this is a legal document which allows an attorney to make a decision about any treatment, care or medication you may need. We can offer advice on which Power of Attorney may be right for you, and deal with the whole application process for you.
