Lindsey Britland, Nick Ball and Andrew Walker attended an excellent workshop/training session with Parker Henderson of Hale last week. The theme was “Enhancing the Customer Experience”. We are committed to improving our customer service - something sadly that lawyers have not done well in the past. Part of the ongoing process will involve recruiting more people from outside the law but with excellent customer relations experience!
