"Real McHale" kicked off their 5 A-Side Championship Challenge with a defeat of Manchester premier law firm Laytons.

Real McHale, captained by Paul Harris-Stelfox, scored the first of their thirteen goals inside a minute. Laytons, captained by Mark Jones and managed by Managing Partner David Sefton, could do little to restrict Real McHale’s movement and overall dominance of a game that could so easily have been a cricket score but for some excellent goalkeeping.

Tom “left foot” Curle (leading goal scorer), Paul “my leg feels OK” Fitton, Matthew “I’m really a sprinter” Kelly and Kieran “I’m Irish” Friel contributed significantly to an overwhelming victory that is surely the start to a successful campaign!
